The Le Maguet brothers, Jonathan (serving) and Benjamin (cooking), are carrying the culinary torch of their father Olivier with their sustainable and 100% local concept! They use organic and/or wild ingredients that are of excellent quality, and draw on both traditional know-how and the most modern techniques, resulting in simple and tasty cuisine. For example, pata negra pork shoulder and salsify, slowly and perfectly cooked. Thirty years on, the dessert trolley is still the domain of their mother, Pierrette: don't leave the table without trying her tartlets!
