One tip at the outset: be sure to reserve in good time – this restaurant always gets booked up, so it's hard to secure a table! The clue is in the name: the cuisine takes its cue from what the market has to offer, dispensing with meat and fish. Diners can look forward to a 100% vegan surprise menu made up of four to eight courses, with optional wine or alcohol-free pairings available. A special lunch set menu is served on the penultimate Friday of every month. In summer, head for the pleasant pavement terrace.
