The crew is always busy grilling beef and green onions, and roasting spice-rubbed pork in a vertical rotisserie at this tidy spot with a few tables. It's all supremely fresh, as everything is hot off the grill here. You can even watch as staff members slice the roasting meat right into your tortilla. Dress with your choice of salsas, then add chopped onion, cilantro and other flourishes to taste.
