The tastefully luxurious interior is decked in bouquets of fresh flowers and floral wallpaper. In his open kitchen, Julien Poulain concocts traditional fare with an extremely subtle sprinkling of modern touches (Lyon-style frog’s legs, sweetbread à la meunière).
