This trendy and stylish restaurant occupies an old bridge structure on the premises of the Brückenkbaron event venue. When you enter, you can take a peek into the glass-walled kitchen before being seated in the airy dining space. The large windows look out onto the landscaped grounds, complete with a pond and fountain. Gorgeous terrace. They propose a creative seasonal set menu with an emphasis on sustainability. Expect pleasingly straightforward and remarkably tasty dishes, such as Swiss chard roulade filled with mild goat's cheese, which is lent a fruity note by a serving of aromatic plums.
