Dietmar and Nicole Sawyere describe what awaits you in the evening at Bijou as a "micro-restaurant experience". In this spruce inn dating from 1570, the atmosphere is agreeably personal and intimate, complete with very cordial, attentive and adept service and expert wine recommendations. An exciting fusion of Swiss and Asian cuisines is proposed in the form of a six-course surprise set menu. Additional options give you the flexibility to extend your menu or swap out one of the courses. Alternatively, the establishment also runs the regional-style Stübli in the same building.
