The location is simply divine! The restaurant at the Château Gütsch hotel affords a magnificent view over the city and the lake surrounded by mountains, especially from the large terrace – it is the perfect place for a romantic dinner! In keeping with the hotel's 140-year history, the restaurant draws on Belle Époque design elements but also incorporates nods to the natural surroundings. Well-placed fresh, modern accents successfully bridge the gap to the present day. They serve Mediterranean cuisine with a strong Italian influence, made using first-class Swiss and international products. There is a four-course tasting menu alongside à la carte dishes. The "Time for Lunch" set menu comprises three courses.
