Fresh-baked breads, like kubaneh accompanied by creamy hummus, shouldn't be missed. Chicken liver mousse with mustard seeds and date syrup is a match made in culinary heaven; Agu's cigar, filled with a blend of ground lamb, potatoes, and spices, is even better with tahini dipping sauce; and shakshuka is always comforting.
