This restaurant strikes a fine balance between chic and relaxed, and the service is attentive. The chefs, who can be seen at work in the open kitchen, let the ingredients speak for themselves. Their dishes are not overly elaborate, but rather classic fare with subtle zesty and spicy nuances. They give aubergine purée a delightful tang by mixing in yoghurt, making it an excellent accompaniment to barbecued lamb.
