Here, young, talented chef Agostino Schettino serves cuisine influenced by the whole of Italy which he reinterprets with a modern twist. He offers a particularly interesting tasting menu dedicated to Bologna (“La Dotta, la Grassa e la Rossa”), which includes regional specialities such as classic tortellini in Parmesan cream made from cheese that has been aged for 36 months.
