This restaurant serves as a delightful alternative to the fine dining restaurant at the long-established Weißes Roß spa hotel. The menu features flavoursome regional fare made with fresh seasonal produce – the meat comes from the hotel's own butchery. Additionally, the pop-up restaurant Wurzel serves vegan options. Besides the classic Wiener schnitzel, or char with pearl barley, Savoy cabbage and pickled porcini, you can opt for 100% plant-based dishes such as Jerusalem artichoke soup with lovage and pine nuts. As for the decor, it runs the gamut from charming and traditional, to stylish and chic, to modern and elegant.
