A sustainable complex, the vegetable garden and a lot of passion are the elements that distinguish this high-quality restaurant. The modern building is characterized by very large windows that make the most of solar energy. The cuisine is authentic, tasty and with original ideas: the ice cream whipped with a Carpigiani machine before service is a delicious example.

"We are completely self-sufficient in terms of our energy use and therefore completely sustainable. Our house is a zero-impact building and we also have a 2 000m2 natural vegetable garden. Waste reduction and recycling also form an important part of our philosophy."
