Visitors come here for the fresh fish caught in the nearby Ligurian Sea, such as prawns in hazelnut tempura with grapefruit granita and raw fish dishes served with delicious risotto from the Upper Langhe region, as well as meat dishes that include Fassona beef and agnolotti pasta. The cakes and pastries are also well worth a mention, as is the bread which is also available for purchase. In summer, the dining room is supplemented by outdoor tables which offer a pleasant alfresco dining experience.
