Situated in Piazza della Signoria, the political heart of Florence which boasts a remarkable collection of fine palazzi, this extraordinary restaurant is housed in the Gucci building, where you’ll also find a museum dedicated to this famous fashion house. The restaurant, the result of a collaboration with the three-Michelin-star chef Massimo Bottura from Modena, serves some of Bottura’s signature dishes (such as tortellini in a parmesan cheese sauce) alongside dishes from Tuscany and further afield, including Mexico and Japan, the native countries of chefs Karime Lopez and Takahiko Kondo, both of whom have plenty of Italian experience and creativity.
