Mater is a “refuge” where time seems to stand still and silence reigns supreme. The surrounding nature creates a perfect backdrop for a gastronomic line-up that harmonises beautifully with the ambience. The cosy and elegant dining room offers an open kitchen on one side and large French windows on the other, flooding the space with natural light and providing an enchanting view. The “Madre” tasting menu offers 10 courses, while the menu allows a free choice. There is - finally - the possibility of embarking on a mini “In Freedom” course with 4 dishes and dessert.
