Chef Ole Hake's ambitious dishes are made with carefully selected regional ingredients, for example excellent game. His commitment to sustainability is palpable. The seasonal seven-course set menu comes in an omnivore or vegan version. There is also a well-curated wine list with an emphasis on German labels. These can also be enjoyed in the wine bar with snacks or a light meal. Tip for motorists: the public car park at the nearby Thorax Clinic is convenient.
