Both a la carte and the tasting menu highlight contemporary Mexican-leaning cuisine with many nods to smoked meats and Spanish influences. Dishes like enchilada de pato confitado, tortilla de epazote and abodo de guajillo are as traditional (and enjoyable) as they come. Barbacoa is tender and plentiful, while dessert is a Basque-style tart with peach ice cream.
