Three Stars: Exceptional cuisine
The veteran Crizia restaurant has been one of the most respected in the city since it opened its doors in 2004. The contemporary loft-style vibe in the dining room contributes to the sophisticated ambience and makes it the perfect option for a date or to impress friends. This includes intimate lighting and professional service, with the team attentive to every detail and keen for customers to leave completely satisfied. Owner-chef Gabriel Oggero works with small-scale independent producers, fishermen and farmers in order to source the very best seasonal ingredients (the restaurant also has its own rooftop city garden). Oysters are a particular speciality and fish-lovers will delight in a menu which is completely focused on seafood and shellfish. The à la carte includes charcoal- and wood-grilled dishes such as the succulent roasted Peking Duck. An expertly curated wine list, featuring a good choice of wines by the glass, provides the perfect accompaniment.
MICHELIN Green Star
"For me, work has always been about dedication and a serious approach, with the sea acting as my great inspiration. At the Feria Masticar festival, I have developed links with many local producers, and it is the latter and their ingredients that enable us to create the experience enjoyed by our guests at Crizia."
