Occupying a glass-fronted annexe with views of the vineyards at the entrance to the prestigious Trapiche winery, Espacio Trapiche features an open-view kitchen visible from the entrance hall (part of the floor is covered with glass to enable guests to view the underground wine cellar below) as well as an attractive contemporary-style dining room. Here they surprise us with a modern cooking that celebrates ingredients from the surrounding mountains (potatoes, lamb, trout, vegetables from his own garden etc) that are exclusively showcased on his meticulously prepared menus: Terroir (pays tribute to the places where they have vineyards), Temporal (a journey through the culinary history of Mendoza and Argentina since the birth of the winery) and, finally, Experiencia Trapiche (combines the best of both menus, extolling the virtues of its most iconic wines).
