苹果杯沙拉的做法步骤

• 步骤 1：

  preheat oven to 180度。line in bake sheet.

• 步骤 2：

  锅内倒入1杯水并放入糖，用大火直至水开糖融解。大约1-2 分钟。放凉。

• 步骤 3：

  萍果去皮去核，切很薄片。放入塘水中浸泡一下，放在烤盘上。 放入oven 烤 2- 2 1/2小时。until the slice are dry and firm but still blend slightly.

• 步骤 4：

  把萍果片按花瓣的样子放进muffins 烤盘里。（1-inch deep pan). 如果苹果很难blend,warm them for a minute or two in the oven to soft them.

• 步骤 5：

  for dressing, 把萍果去皮去核，切小粒。 在搅拌机内，放入苹果粒，shallot,garlic,oil,vinegar blender until everything is pureed .and like a vinaigrette.season with salt and pepper.

• 步骤 6：

  for salad , 把 芒果切1/4-inch 块，萍果也切1/4-inch 块。 the crabmeat,,cilantro， 芒果，萍果 mix together 在碗内。 倒入dressing.搅拌均匀。 　

• 步骤 7：

  放入1/2 tablespoon of salad in each of apple cup .arrange on plate to serve .
