步骤 1:
Heat the cream, butter, sugar and honey on high heat, boil to 112º C while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Add the chopped almonds and blend well.
步骤 3:
Pour mixture into the moulds. Bake at 180º C for 5 minutes until the almonds are lightly toasted. Allow to cool.
Suggestions: You can coat the bottom of the cookie with melted chocolate, then allow to cool.
