- Pistachios, raw and unsalted 125 g
- Butter 140 g
- Powdered sugar 160 g
- Flour 90 g
- Powdered almonds 140 g
- Eggs 2
MINI pistachio cake的做法步骤

步骤 1：
Finely chop the pistachios. In a large bowl, blend the pistachios with the powdered almonds, flour and powdered sugar and add the melted butter and eggs.

Blend until the batter is smooth then pour it into the moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for 15 minutes.

Suggestions: Decorate with pistachios before baking.
