- Dark chocolate minimum 50% cocoa 600 g
- Whipped cream 250 g
- Red fruits (cranberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- Mint leaves
Chocolate and fruit boats的做法步骤

步骤 1：
Melt 400 g of chocolate and finely chop the rest.

Add the rest of the chocolate to the melting chocolate.

Fill the moulds completely and allow to rest for 5 minutes (depending on desired thickness).

Remove excess chocolate and allow the rest to cool. Turn out and fill with whipped cream.
小贴士
Suggestions: To decorate, place the red fruits on top of the whipped cream and top with a mint leaf.
