所需食材
- Flour 130 g
- Corn flour 30 g
- Sweet ham 250 g
- Parmesan 30 g
- Eggs 4
- Quark or spreadable cheese 100 g
- Smoked paprika
- Salt
- Baking powder 1 packet
Savoury briochette with ham and smoked paprika的做法步骤

步骤 1：
Preheat the oven to 180º C. In a bowl, beat the eggs and the quark or spreadable cheese.

In another bowl, blend the flour, corn flour and baking powder.

步骤 3：
Sift together and add to the egg mixture. Blend until the batter is smooth.

步骤 4：
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and blend. Add the ham cut into cubes. Add the salt and paprika.

步骤 5：
Pour into each mould and bake at 180º C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before turning out.
