步骤 1:
preheat the oven 180度。 put the biscuits in clean plastic bag crush with a rolling pin . Transfer them in a bowl and stir in melt butter. press them into the base of pan with back of spoon(匙背压实).bake in oven for 10-12 minutes. leave cool complete. this call crumb bases.

put fruit and sugar in saucepan with 60 ml water and simmer until the mixture is thick and like syrupy. this call fruit coulis. pass through strainer to remove seed(网过滤)leave it cool complete.reserve a few spoonful of this fruit coulis to drizzle over the cheesecake when you serve.

put together mascarpone and cream in a bowl to whisk well .than fold in fruits coulis ,and then mixture complete. pour to crumb bases ,than to freezer until you set.
步骤 4:
when you ready to serve,cut one slice on plate。arrange berry(blackberry, raspberry,strawberry) on top of each cheesecake .or if you like, drizzle with fruit coulis. over cheesecake.
